Check Out Checklist

• Please leave the house tidy!

• Wash all dishes and start the dishwasher. All drawers and cabinets are labeled to help you put all the dishes back into their original place

• Please gather all used beach and bath towels and place them on the floor in the bathrooms. Please do not leave on hardwood floors.

• Please strip the beds that were slept in and leave them on the floor in the bedrooms

• Please close all blinds in the house

• Please turn off AC units

• Please contact Raul Herrera - (619) 861-1564 if anything in the house or garage is broken

• Please be sure to lock up the house and return the keys to the lockbox. The lockbox is located on the right side of the garage door. Lockbox code is 0722. To open the lockbox, please enter the entrance combination on the dial and press the release lever down. Add or remove the keys. Close the compartment door. Scramble the combination dials to lock the door and conceal the combination. Lastly, please close the shutter door on the lockbox.

• Return gate opener from your rental car and place it back into the basket at the front door.

• Trash pickup is on Wednesdays at 7am, please place the trash bins in the trash enclosure at the end of the driveway.
